While we are primarily a transaction driven company, we provide non-transactional advisory to support our clients’ M&A activities when appropriate. There are certain occasions when our experience can be helpful, even if we do not represent a buyer or seller in a particular transaction. We can advise management, the board of directors, or ownership on a wide range of issues that pertain to M&A transactions such as market conditions, valuations, and transaction structure to assist with strategic planning. For parties that have agreed to explore a transaction without market exposure, we can provide unbiased advice to assist both parties to achieve a mutually beneficial and fair transaction.

With over 15 years of M&A advisory experience in the healthcare services industry, our principals can be relied on for useful expert witness testimony. We can testify about any number of M&A related issues such as valuations, damage to going concerns, and fairness opinions. We have testified in numerous different types of trials including partnership dissolutions, divorces, and corporate sabotage cases.
