While we are zealous advocates for our clients, anybody we meet across the negotiating table can rely on us to make accurate, honest representations. As zealous advocates, we only represent one party, either seller or buyer – never both, in any given transaction. For any given transaction, it is always crystal clear who has engaged Healthcare Advisory Partners and who is responsible for any fees. One hundred percent of the advice we offer is completely unbiased, dispassionate, and unvarnished. Our opinions are consistent whether we are speaking with sellers, buyers, or third parties such as attorneys, CPAs, and the media.
Simply stated: our word is our bond.
Another important element of integrity that we hold dear is respect for confidentiality. We understand that your strategic objectives and proprietary information are private and we know how to keep a secret. Employees, referral sources, competitors, and the public are the last people who need to know your business. We use extreme discretion when communicating with our clients and their employees and other advisors and we elevate our discretion to downright secrecy when communicating with prospective candidates who have not yet executed a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement. Every prospective candidate that we introduce to any transaction must sign a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement before receiving any identifying information or any proprietary information. Every prospective candidate must be qualified before confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements can be executed to ensure that only those who have the operational and financial qualifications to consummate a transaction will receive any identifying and/or proprietary information.
We are happy to execute a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement whenever we are exposed to proprietary information. However, we hold all information, conversations, and data of any and every kind in the strictest of confidence whether or not we have executed a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement.
