We also discuss and clarify what assumptions were used for the valuation such as transaction type, structure, and likely financing. This is done in a simple, nonintrusive way, verbally over the telephone. The more detail you provide (in writing or over the phone), the more accurate our valuation will be.

We suggest checking-in periodically for a Free Valuation to monitor current market conditions and how your company compares to the competition. However, there are occasions where a formal, written valuation is necessary. Partnership dissolutions (including divorce), insurance and estate planning, lawsuits, buy/sell agreements, and the like all require a formal, written valuation. For a nominal fee, we will prepare a written Valuation Report that articulates the same elements of valuation that we offer for free over the telephone.
